Yet another Merlin update....

Spoke with the vet and Merlin is doing much better. His numbers are way up this morning and as long as they stay up for one more blood test this afternoon we'll be able to bring him home around 2pm. Of course bringing him home will be work on our (or should I say my) part. He'll have to be confined to a crate for at least 3 days, then confined to a room by himself away from the other animals for at least 4 or 5 more days after that. Orion has volunteered his room to be the hospital ward and we are going to set that up in a couple minutes.
